In the past, students have participated in a regional conference such as the Pacific Northwest Regional Economic Conference (PNREC), where they have competed against other regional university student teams in the Federal Reserve Simulation hosted by the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank.
High achieving students who maintain a GPA above 3.0 in their economics courses are eligible for induction into Omicron Delta Epsilon (ODE), the International Honor Society in Economics.
