The EWU Student Rights and Responsibilities office supports the need to maintain a safe, accountable, and inclusive community. The student conduct review process is designed to support students, uphold their rights, educate them about their responsibilities, and hold them accountable for behaviors that are not in line with EWU’s community standards.
Faculty, staff, students, and community members are encouraged to report alleged incidents of student misconduct. This includes incidents of suspected Hazing. Please know that you, and the witness(es) in the report, may be contacted to provide further details, and you and the witness(es) may be needed in a possible conduct hearing at a later date.
Please do not submit medical documentation as part of the incident report.
