Welcome!

We’re excited to host your group at EWU! Group visits offered are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no weekends). Please use the calendar feature to requested a group visit date and time. Our visit coordinator will reach out to you via email.

Important: Please read before submitting your request. 

  • Overnight Visits: We do not offer any overnight visit options during the academic school year. For 2024 summer camps please contact the EWU Event Planning office.
  • EWU Pre-College Programs: If you’re an EWU Running Start or EWU College in the High School group, please submit a request with our EWU Dual Enrollment team.

Group Visit

Use the calendar feature to identify possible dates.

  • Morning Group Visits are scheduled between 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Afternoon Group Visits are scheduled between 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Submit this request form to confirm your date. Following submission, the visit coordinator will reach out to you to confirm your agenda.

Any group type is welcome to visit campus!

  • Maximum group size is 55
  • EWU requires one chaperone for every 15 students for Elementary, Middle, and High School aged groups
  • Parking passes and details will be provided

The group visit coordinator will work with you directly to customize your visit. Options include campus lunch, tour, recreation center activities, admissions presentations and workshops, campus resource presentations, and more.

Popular Activities:

  • Campus tour: 60 minutes
  • Eagle Store visit: 30 minutes
  • Ice Skating (Aug-March: additional cost $8-10 per student)
  • EWU student panel: 30 minutes
  • Scavenger hung: 60 minutes
  • “Finding the Right Fit” workshop: 60 minutes
