2024 Latino & Chicano Graduation

June 14th, 2024, 7 p.m. at PUB NCR

Every year, the Chicano/a/x Program hosts a Latino & Chicano Graduation Ceremony to celebrate students receiving the Chicanx studies minor and all of our Latino & Chicano students on EWU’s Campus.

Register for Latino & Chicano 2024 Graduation

Any EWU student (undergraduate or graduate) who will be graduating in or before Spring 2024 with a minor in Chicana/o/x Studies and/or students who identify as Latina/o/x Chicana/o/x are welcome to attend.

We will be recognizing you by giving out a Hispanic/Latinx graduation stole (zarapito). If you are also receiving a minor in Chicana/o/x Studies you will also receive a Chicano minor stole and certificate.

Deadline to RSVP is May 17th at 5 p.m.

Latino & Chicano Graduation FAQ

Any EWU student (undergraduate or graduate) who will be graduating in/before the Spring Quarter of the current academic year with their minor in Chicana/o/x Studies and students who identify as Latina/o/x Chicana/o/x.

Yes! The registration form informs the graduation committees to include you in their programs, how many students to expect, etc. While we would like to provide a stole and celebrate every graduating senior, stoles are limited, so please register.

Yes! The Latino/Chicano Graduation Ceremony is for students that are graduating with a minor in Chicano/a/x Studies and/or recognize as Latina/o/x Chicana/o/x.
