Dr. Lynn Anidi is an instructor, manager, author, and speaker. Dr. Anidi is an instructor who teaches a diverse selection of courses in healthcare, business, and research. Dr. Anidi is currently the Program Manager working with HBCU Rising. HBCU Rising is a mentoring organization created by Susan L. Taylor of Essence Magazine that is designed to increase the reading comprehension, STEM competencies, and critical thinking skills of middle school students.
As an executive, Dr. Anidi worked for over 25 years with large multi-site and specialty healthcare organizations, helping these organizations automate, streamline, and lead their healthcare labor management with the objective to provide analytical-based recommendations centered around healthcare finance, productivity initiatives, and ultimately helping cut cost and increase revenue.
As a Business and Healthcare Consultant, Dr. Anidi provides knowledge in multiple functional revenue cycle areas which include: patient access, registration / patient financial services, physician and clinical decision support, vendor relations, analytics, managed care contracting, and onboarding.
Dr. Anidi received her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. She holds an MBA degree in Healthcare Management and a Doctorate Degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine – Health Sciences with a specialty in Global Health.
Dr. Anidi has presented at American Public Health Association’s Annual Conference and Exposition, on the “Effect of Performing Warm-up and Cool-down Exercises and Its Significance When Working Out”. Dr. Anidi is currently on the Board of Directors of Atlanta Cares Mentoring and The Fulton County Landmarks Commission of Georgia.
