Caring for People Across the Continuum of Life
Eastern Washington University launched a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in fall 2023. The program, resulting from extensive planning and collaboration with healthcare industry partners, is designed to prepare nurses to meet the diverse healthcare needs region-wide.
The Nursing BSN degree provides transformative educational experiences to create a culture of excellence in the art and science of nursing. The program will prepare students for a rewarding career in nursing at a time when there is a critical shortage of nurses throughout the state and nation. Our graduates will be lifelong learners prepared to practice with integrity and compassion as they care for people across their lifespans in various healthcare settings.
Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 applications will open on December 1st, 2024.
The baccalaureate degree program in nursing (BSN) at Eastern Washington University is pursuing initial accreditation by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (http://www.ccneaccreditation.org). Applying for accreditation does not guarantee that accreditation will be granted.
