Sound Physical Therapy in gorgeous West Seattle is the place for you. We are a local, physical therapist owned and operated outpatient clinic in West Seattle committed to providing quality care for our patients and quality of life for our employees.

Our treatment approach combines manual and exercise therapy, including functional training and return to fitness guidance. Our care is 1:1 and provided by the PT and we do not double book. Mentorship is provided, and for the appropriate candidate we offer employment while you have your Interim Permit prior to taking the National Exam. We see a wide variety of patients for care including: pediatric orthopedic injuries, post-op extremity and spine surgeries, MVA and LNI, return to sports and fitness, pre-and post-partum care, pelvic health, medical bike fit, biomechanical evaluation, and other injuries commonly seen. We have two types of BFR cuffs, and use in care as indicated. Several of the staff will complete the didactic hours for the Dry Needling Endorsement in May 2024 with the goal of being endorsed afterwards.
