Senior Dental Hygiene Students Win First Place

EWU Senior Dental Hygiene students: Tessa Heiydt, Tori Anderson, Ronni Sonderman, and Megan Bennet placed first in the Research Poster contest at the Washington Dental Hygienist’s Symposium April 12 and 13, 2019 in Bellevue, Washington.

They presented on “Marijuana: Let’s Be Blunt.”  Windy Rothmund, MSDH, BSDH, RDH, special faculty/ lecturer and EWU alumni,  accompanied them as their faculty advisor.  They will represent EWU Dental Hygiene in June 2019 at the American Dental Hygienists’ Association in Louisville.
