The Psychology in the Workplace Certificate helps individuals grow in workplace settings and roles. You’ll learn how to apply psychological principles to the workplace.

Topics covered include employee selection, motivation, performance, behavior, occupational positions, and organizational dynamics.

Note: you can’t repeat more than 10 credits if you’re majoring in the School of Psychology. Only up to 10 credits from outside sources can count towards the certificate.

Psychology in the Workplace Certificate, Undergraduate

This certificate is designed to provide development for individuals interested in advancing in workplace settings and roles. No more than 10 credits in the certificate can be duplicated with a major in the School of Psychology.  No more than 10 credits can be transferred to meet certificate requirements.
