About
Bo Idsardi is an associate professor of biology education and the director of the science education programs at Eastern Washington University. He studies K-12 science teacher preparation and undergraduate STEM teaching and learning. Recent projects include the relationship between K-12 STEM teachers’ resources and resilience, the effectiveness of the flipped classroom approach in undergraduate STEM courses, adapting scientific research experiences into K-12 and undergraduate STEM curriculum, and the congruence between undergraduate STEM instructors’ teaching practices and their conceptions of how students learn.
