About
I’m a disease ecologist investigating how insects such as ticks and mosquitoes transmit pathogens that cause diseases in people and wildlife. I’ve been also investigating how COVID-19 spreads within buildings and how vaccination and masking protects us. I’m also teaching biostatistics to both undergraduate and graduate students, and consult with students and other faculty on statistical analyses. Finally, I also teach about the threats of climate change and how we can respond to that both as part of the campus community and as a society.
