- Account Request/Update Form – Create an account with the EWU Foundation.
- Affidavit of Lost or Destroyed Check – Verify that a check has not been negotiated.
- Interfund Transfer Request Form – Request an Interfund transfer.
- Requisition/Invoice Voucher – Request funds from the EWU Foundation.
- Gift-In-Kind Guidelines – EWU Foundation may accept tangible personal property or gifts-in-kind if the asset is readily marketable or needed by the university or the Foundation.
