Step One: Contact Your Financial Institution for Transfer

Step Two: Notify the EWU Foundation

To ensure your stock gift is properly receipted and directed to the EWU fund of your choosing, please email your name, name of stock, number of shares transferred, date of transfer and the EWU fund you wish to support with your stock gift (e.g., specific scholarship, program, etc.) to:

The EWU Foundation exists solely to raise and manage private resources to support the mission, goals, and priorities of Eastern Washington University. In order to maintain its nonprofit status in an ethical fashion, the EWU Foundation does not allow other organizations, entities, or individuals to utilize its non-profit status or Employer Identification Number (EIN) to solicit funds that do not directly advance the EWU Foundation mission.
