Campus Visits

We are thrilled to have your group visit our Cheney campus!  We conduct group campus visits for EWU in the High School and EWU Running Start on Fridays by appointment. Please be sure to submit your request at least 3 weeks before your requested dates. Maximum group size is 35 total participants. Please note this is only a request form. It is not a confirmation for your visit.

Once this request is filled out you will receive an email or phone call within 2-3 business days from our group visit coordinator to discuss the details of your visit and confirm a date. Please check your spam if you haven’t heard back within 7 business days. Once you hear from our coordinator you will receive an agenda and confirmation email.  For questions or concerns please email cihs@ewu.edu.

Recreation Center Information

ALL participants to any Recreation Facility must submit a Participant Recreation Facilities Waiver. Waivers are collected at the time of recreation. Anyone under the age of 18 must complete the Minor Waiver. Any students 18 years of age or older enrolled in an EWU in the High School course must fill out the EWU Student Waiver. Anyone else 18 years of age or older and not enrolled in an EWU course must complete the Community Members Waiver. Ice skate rentals for anyone without an Eagle Card are $2 per person. If you have any students who already have an Eagle Card, please remind them to bring it with them on the campus visit.

Eagle Card Information

To receive an Eagle Card, students must have a photo ID with them (i.e. driver's license, ASB card, etc.)
Eagle Card Online Photo Submission
We have implemented a new system for our students to receive Eagle Cards. Your students log in to MyEagleCard with their EWU Single Sign-On (SSO) information prior to the campus visit and submit a photo online. The Eagle Card office will print the ID cards and have them ready for quicker pick-up during the campus visit. Instructions on how to upload a photo can be found here.
