2024 Movers & Shakers

Sign up for 2024 Residence Hall move-in! This is a HUGE undertaking and we appreciate all the help our campus partners provide.

We are hoping to have Spanish speakers stationed at dedicated areas to help our Spanish speaking families have a great experience.

Volunteer Date and Time Selection

We will be placing Volunteers into the following positions:

1. Key Packets: hand out key packet and ID cards to students when they arrive

2. Dropper: Help manage students in the drop zone at designated hall, direct them to parking lots once unloaded

3. Carter/Mover: Glued to a cart and are responsible to help a student move their stuff up to their room, then move onto the next student once you are done

4. Traffic: Help direct traffic during peak move-in times

5. Coordinator: Help manage sending students who are staged in P12, down to their hall during their designated time slot
