On-Campus Options

Explore your pricing options for on-campus housing for both the current and upcoming academic years in one place! Prices include room rental, internet connection, all utilities (electric/water/garbage/sewer), security with patrolling campus police force, prompt maintenance service, professional custodial service to common areas, and organized events.

Housing has full-time, professional live-in Residential Life staff members trained in conflict resolution/mediation, emergency situations, group dynamics, and many more community-oriented skills.

Note:

  • All room types are billed a quarterly activity fee. All room and board rates are subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
  • First-year students living in the residential halls are required to maintain a meal plan.
