Request a Proctoring Session For Your Student

1) Proctoring appointments, for EWU students in EWU courses only, take place in the JFK Library, Sunday – Thursday, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., during academic quarters and semesters.

2) For optimal service, submit your request, along with exam materials, at least three weekdays prior to the desired testing window; late receipt may create testing delay.

3) One form per student is required.

4) Exams necessitating more than 4 hours will span multiple sessions.

5) Rescheduling may be necessary due to weather, illness, or other emergencies, or when a student is more than fifteen minutes late, or arrives with a child or family member who requires supervision during the testing period.

4) After two reschedulings, totaling three failed attempts to take the exam, the request will be forfeit. You will be notified and materials returned.
