EWU Libraries, By the Numbers, 2020 – 2021

Despite limited hours and barriers to physical access during the pandemic, our collections and services were readily available during the 20-21 school year. Users took full advantage! 

• 228,763 online journals, magazines, & newspapers viewed or downloaded
• 114,195 library research subject or course guides visits
• 5,436 ebook chapters downloaded
• 14,748 Kanopy streaming videos played
• 5,102 books & videos checked out
• 3,498 library instruction attendees in 173 sessions
• 2,394 questions answered by library faculty & staff
• 2,074 article requests filled by Interlibrary Loan
• 1,317 laptops, cameras, & other equipment loans
