Marketing & Communications (MarCom) is responsible for telling the story of Eastern Washington University through engaging materials and compelling messaging. We communicate the university’s mission in support of student enrollment and retention, private fundraising and strategic initiatives.

  • To initiate your project request, please complete all form fields with as much detail as possible.

    In order to meet the needs of all of our clients, requests should be made at least 45 days in advance of the date materials are needed. Requests needed within 45 days may be considered for expedited service.

    Priority is given to those projects that support the following: enrollment, fundraising, departmental marketing, or other external marketing and communications projects.

  • While MarCom doesn't charge for our services, production costs involving printed materials or other collateral must be billed to your department.
  • Next Steps

    MarCom reviews new project requests weekly. Please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be evaluated.

    Upon review, we may follow up with questions to clarify details or help us better ascertain the priority level of this project. MarCom will notify you of our assessment: moving the project forward in our production queue, providing an alternative solution, or not being able to take it on at this time.
