Credit Options

Earn College Credit on Your Terms

Our credit-option courses are tailored for working teachers and professionals who want to advance their careers while earning college credit. Whether you’re looking for flexibility or prefer a structured schedule, we offer two types of courses to fit your needs.

Self-Paced Courses
Enroll at any time during the quarter and take control of your learning. With up to a year to complete your coursework, you can balance your studies with your professional life. However, if you’re pursuing teacher re-certification, be sure to finish by Aug. 1st to meet the annual deadline.

Quarter-Based Courses
These courses align with the EWU academic calendar, offering a traditional structure with set dates and deadlines. Perfect for those who thrive with routine and want to stay on track with their educational goals.

Choose the path that best suits your lifestyle and start earning the college credit you need to achieve your professional aspirations.
